We conducted a thorough audit of Atomic Interiors as a company, the property it trades from, and also of local precedents of similar businesses in receipt of business rates support.
Our research supported our initial conclusion. Only once we were satisified there was a strong case, we reached out to Atomic to see if they wished to proceed.
